Alyssa McGuire

Alyssa McGuire is an experienced professional with a diverse background in journalism, media production, healthcare administration, and customer success. Alyssa began a career as a Producer at NRG Media from September 2006 to September 2011, later transitioning to a Video Journalist role at Midlands Business Journal until May 2012. Alyssa's experience in the healthcare sector includes roles such as Medical Receptionist, Patient Advocate, and Accounts Payable Specialist at Pawnee County Memorial Hospital. In the technology and customer service realms, Alyssa has held positions including Customer Service Specialist at AAA and Implementation Manager at Frontline Data Solutions, where Alyssa is currently Head of Customer Success.
