Amber Robinson

Amber Robinson is a seasoned training and implementation specialist with extensive experience in the healthcare and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist at GHX since May 2018, Amber has developed comprehensive training programs, led strategic initiatives for the Lumere product line, and mentored other trainers within the organization. Previous roles include managing client services and training for Lumere products, where Amber implemented a new Learning Management System and executed educational content strategies. Prior experience at Groupon involved creating training materials and supporting customer resolution processes. Amber holds a MasterTrack Certificate in Educational/Instructional Media Design from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Illinois Wesleyan University.
