Isaac Rodriguez

Isaac Rodriguez is a seasoned HR technology professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources information systems. Currently serving as the HR Technology Lead at GHX since April 2025, Isaac previously held the position of Manager, Global HRIS at Ultra Clean Technology from July 2024 to April 2025. Isaac's career at GHX began in January 2019 as a Supervisor and included roles as a Sr. HR Technology Analyst and HRMS Specialist. Prior experience includes working as a Peoplesoft Analyst at Ball Corporation and serving as Human Resources Sergeant at the 193d Military Police Battalion. Isaac's foundational experience in HR started as a Specialist in Human Resources and as Assistant Director of Operations at API Managed Pharmaceutical Care. Isaac holds a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Colorado State University Global, earned between 2020 and 2022.
