John Springer

John Springer is a seasoned software development manager with extensive experience in leading software engineering teams and projects across multiple organizations. Prior roles include Web and Middleware Manager at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina, where John oversaw the development of a member and provider web portal, and Regional Software Manager at ACS, responsible for software development life cycle processes.
