Lauren Thomas

Lauren Thomas is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and interface design. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at GHX since October 2021, Lauren leads UX strategy and design for healthcare products, focusing on creating intuitive, data-informed experiences. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Janus Henderson Investors U.S. as a UX Designer from December 2014 to July 2021, where the full user experience lifecycle was managed, driving user-centered designs aligned with business objectives. Lauren's earlier experience includes pioneering the UX role at Endurance International Group as a UI/UX Web Designer and comprehensive roles at Intuit, including Web & E-commerce Designer, SEO Specialist, and Sales Consultant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel and Merchandising from Colorado State University and coursework in Business Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
