Matt Park is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance, data engineering, and clinical data onboarding. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Governance at GHX since May 2019, Matt has previously held roles such as Data Governance Manager and Manager of Data Engineering. Prior to GHX, Matt worked at Evolent Health from June 2016 to May 2019 as Associate Director of Clinical Data Onboarding and Team Lead of Provider Data Services. Matt began a career in health technology at Valence Health (now Evolent Health) from 2011 to 2016, progressing through positions from Senior Implementation Analyst to Implementation Specialist. Earlier experience includes serving as IT Director at Richard Day Research, overseeing IT infrastructure for approximately 50 computers. Matt also pursued a PhD in Chemistry as a Graduate Student at Northwestern University, working in Chad Mirkin's lab. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 2005.
