Nancy Madans

Nancy Madans has extensive experience in instructional design and technical writing, currently serving as a Sr. Instructional Designer at GHX since November 2004. In this role, Nancy is recognized as a technology expert, responsible for troubleshooting technological issues and implementing best practices for documentation. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Writer at McKesson Health Solutions from October 2002 to November 2004, where Nancy created and updated online help for Electronic Medical Records, and at Gold Systems from July 2000 to October 2001, developing software user guides and original training materials. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Michigan State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
