Ginger Glaser has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the medical device industry. Ginger currently serves as an Independent Director at InterVene, Inc. and GI Dynamics. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal at G2 Consulting Services, Inc.

In these roles, they were responsible for leading regulatory affairs, quality control, and compliance efforts, as well as driving transformation and upgrading regulatory competencies within the organization.

Glaser's career began at Minntech Corporation, where they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Associate. Ginger'sresponsibilities included handling regulatory submissions, complaint reporting evaluation, and participating in FDA inspections.

Ginger Glaser received their Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Texas A&M University in 1990. Ginger then pursued a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the same university from 1990 to 1992. Afterward, they attended the University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1995, studying Biomedical Engineering.

In November 2000, Ginger obtained a certification in Regulatory Affairs from RAPS.
