Ginger Glaser

Ginger Glaser has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the medical device industry. Ginger currently serves as an Independent Director at InterVene, Inc. and GI Dynamics. Prior to that, they worked as the Principal at G2 Consulting Services, Inc.

During their time at Monteris Medical, Glaser held multiple roles, including Chief Technology Officer (retired), Vice President of Engineering, Devices, and Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs. In these positions, they were responsible for all aspects of engineering, including software, hardware, and disposables, as well as product development, manufacturing engineering, and field service engineering. Ginger also focused on developing strategic R&D pipelines and implementing design and engineering processes that ensure the delivery of reliable products in a timely manner.

Before Monteris Medical, Glaser worked at Boston Scientific as the Vice President of AMS Quality and FDA Relations. Ginger'srole involved overseeing the integration of quality systems and ensuring compliance with FDA commitments.

Earlier in their career, Glaser held various executive positions at American Medical Systems, including Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Vice President of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, and Senior Director of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs. In these roles, they were responsible for leading regulatory affairs, quality control, and compliance efforts, as well as driving transformation and upgrading regulatory competencies within the organization.

Glaser's career began at Minntech Corporation, where they worked as a Regulatory Affairs Associate. Ginger'sresponsibilities included handling regulatory submissions, complaint reporting evaluation, and participating in FDA inspections.

Ginger Glaser received their Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from Texas A&M University in 1990. Ginger then pursued a Master's degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the same university from 1990 to 1992. Afterward, they attended the University of Minnesota from 1992 to 1995, studying Biomedical Engineering.

In November 2000, Ginger obtained a certification in Regulatory Affairs from RAPS.
