Anna Sangro

Anna Sangro is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as HR Business Partner and People Development Senior Manager at Gi Group since October 2017. In this role, Anna is responsible for translating business needs into HR actions, overseeing recruitment processes, performance management, and talent management initiatives. Prior to Gi Group, Anna worked at Auchan Retail Italia for nearly 19 years, holding various positions including Responsabile Sviluppo e Compensation, where responsibilities included performance evaluation implementation, organizational role mapping, and talent acquisition strategy development. Anna holds a degree in Economics from the University of Messina, attained in 1997.
