Bas Kitslaar

Bas Kitslaar has extensive experience in operations, sales, and management within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as the Operations/Sales/Implementation lead for the Gi Group NL Team since September 2018, Bas oversees the recruitment team and manages the customer portfolio, including KPIs and P&L responsibilities. Previously, Bas held the role of Operational Manager for MSD, advising the MSP partner and leading the operational team. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Uitzendbureau 65plus BV, Timing, Studentalent, Creyf's, and Unamic, showcasing a strong track record in team management, business development, and client relations. Bas achieved education from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and Goois Lyceum.
