Daniela Russo

Daniela Russo is a seasoned professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Since October 2018, Daniela has served as a Client Recruitment Senior Specialist at Gi Group, managing talent acquisition for a key client in the multiutility sector in Central-Northern Italy. Prior to this role, Daniela coordinated a Search & Selection team in Lazio as an Area Delivery Coordinator and held several HR positions at IG - Gruppo De Pasquale, ALI SpA, and Progeman Consulting Group srl, focusing on delivery processes, training development, and organizational consulting. Daniela holds a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma.
