Eesha Singh has over eight years of experience in recruitment and human resource management, currently serving as an Executive at Gi Group India since June 2015, where responsibilities include handling recruitments, utilizing job portals for screening and shortlisting resumes, and maintaining the database. Eesha has completed multiple internships, including a summer role at NTPC focused on research related to PACE (Performance and Competence for Excellence), and previous internships at Alstom Power that involved recruitment, training development, and learning about employee-related inquiries. Eesha holds an Integrated MBA from Gautam Buddha University, completed in 2015.
