Silvia Botta

Silvia Botta has extensive experience in Human Resources, focusing on personnel selection and adult training. For the last six years, they have specialized in Active Labor Policies primarily in Piedmont, obtaining certification as an Expert in Certification Techniques in April 2015. Silvia previously held roles in recruitment and as a case manager, contributing to projects aimed at socio-labor insertion. Currently, they serve as the Regional Representative for Active Labor Policies at Gi Group. Silvia also holds a degree in Archaeology from the University of Pisa and studied at the University of Leicester through the Erasmus program.
