Anna Cournoyer

Anna Cournoyer is an experienced professional in event management and alumni relations, currently serving as the Alumni Relations Officer at the Gemological Institute of America since July 2017. Previously, Anna worked at the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, Inc. for over a decade, where roles included Contractual Consultant and Manager of Events & Membership, overseeing approximately 40 events annually, managing budgetary responsibilities, and leading staff training. Anna's expertise includes event planning, contract negotiation, and strategic marketing, along with a strong focus on membership acquisition and retention. Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science degree in English Literature and Art History from Concordia University.
