Cyril Thomas

Cyril Thomas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure across multiple organizations. Since October 2010, Cyril has served as a Senior System Engineer at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), overseeing critical components such as Active Directory, MS Exchange, and various backup solutions. Prior to this role, Cyril was the Assistant Manager of IT at Tulip Lab Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included IT infrastructure management, budgeting, and team oversight. Earlier experience as a Team Leader at Zenith Infotech involved leading a service request team, while a position as Senior Technical Support at 3 Global Services Private Limited focused on desktop support and ticket management.
