Operations Team

The Operations Team at the Gemological Institute of America is responsible for managing and optimizing the various processes that ensure smooth functioning across the institute's global footprint. This includes overseeing real estate operations, laboratory functions in the U.S., Europe, Middle East & Africa, and global laboratory planning. The team also handles project management and business systems to support the institute’s research, educational programs, and industry services.
