We are a strategic consulting studio.
We design services, processes and strategies that enable companies to innovate and create value for people, organisations and business.

We discover projects’ context and opportunities.
When you start a project, you face the need for an organisational change or a problem to be solved. First of all clear yourself where you are (the context), where you want to go (the objectives) and how to move to achieve the expected result (the plan).
We guide you during this explorative journey where people are at the center of the project’s strategy. Our role as (service) designer is to design the whole experience with you.

We design products, services, processes and experiences.
Experiences generate value: they determine the impact of services and products on people's lives, becoming strategic in achieving your business objectives.
It is important to study individuals' needs, behaviours, expectations and pathways to offer meaningful experiences and personalized services.

We innovate processes, organisational and business models.
Innovation must be planned, grown and inserted in the right organisational context and, in a word, designed.
As a strategic consultancy studio, we enable companies to transform innovation-related opportunities into business objectives. We exploit the boundaries of emerging technologies, imagine what does not yet exist and design services in future's scenarios.
