Founded in 2003, Gianco Companies (“Gianco”) is a boutique development and private equity firm with a concentration in managing, developing, and investing in boutique lifestyle real estate assets throughout the Tampa Bay area. In addition to real estate, Gianco has a handful of technology and manufacturing holdings, several “Work Clubs” (cowork), and sits on the board of ICON EV, an electric vehicle manufacturing company, and TextUs, a SAAS based technology company.
Gianco Companies sits on the board of Textus.com, has offices in Tampa with its partner Gries Investment Funds, and maintains its headquarters in downtown St. Petersburg at its newly renovated office, co-work, and retail building, Station House.
