Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as Director of Food Safety at Giant Eagle, Inc., a position held since February 2011, with prior roles including Sr. QA Manager, QA Project Manager, and QA Specialist. Previously, Andrew worked at Smithfield Foods from February 2006 to 2010 as a Buyer and Supervisor. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology from the University of Pittsburgh, completing studies from 2001 to 2005.
