Greg Baker

Greg Baker serves as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Giant Eagle, Inc. since December 2020, overseeing legal affairs for a prominent grocery, pharmacy, and convenience store retailer with around 490 locations and 32,000 employees. Prior to this role, Greg held various legal leadership positions at Chico's FAS, Inc., where responsibilities included managing legal, risk management, real estate, construction, and global compliance teams for a publicly traded retailer with four brands and 1,300 stores. Additionally, Greg has extensive experience from previous roles as Vice President and General Counsel at The Limited and as Senior Counsel at Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
