Jill Ragone

Jill Ragone is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in the information technology and services industry. From 1993 to 2001, they served as the Director of Marketing & Public Relations at Twister Gymnastics, overseeing operations and fostering community relationships. They held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager at Organic and Director of Business Analysis at Napa Group, where they managed teams and improved project workflows. Currently, Jill works as an Agile Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc., building on a solid foundation of skills in product management and agile methodologies, gained through their education at Florida Atlantic University.
