Larry Hruska

Larry Hruska is an experienced pharmaceutical executive with a robust career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Managed Care at Giant Eagle, Inc. since April 2019, Larry previously held the position of Director of Payor & Network Management at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy, where responsibilities included managing payor relationships and pharmacy network strategies. As President of PharmaCon, LLC. and GENCO Pharmaceutical Services, Larry oversaw significant operations in the specialty pharmacy and reverse distribution sectors. Larry's earlier roles include senior leadership positions at Kmart Corporation, Rx.Com Inc., K&B Drug Stores, Phar-Mor, Inc., Reliable Drug Stores, and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Pittsburgh.
