Mike Bartlett

Mike Bartlett, REHS, CP-FS, serves as the Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance Manager at Giant Eagle, Inc. since December 2017, where responsibilities include developing food safety training programs, managing compliance with regulatory standards across numerous retail locations, and overseeing food safety audit programs. Previously, Mike held positions as a Food Safety Specialist at Giant Eagle and as a District Supervisor at Steritech, where leadership and team development were key focuses. Mike's career also includes significant roles with public health departments, conducting food safety inspections and investigations. An alumnus of Miami University with a BA in Zoology, Environmental Science, and Geology, Mike's early experience included roles related to environmental health and research assistance.
