Puja Abbassi

Puja Abbassi is the current VP of Product at Giant Swarm. Prior to their current role, Puja served as Technology & Project Management at ClearKarma from October 2013 to October 2014. Puja has also worked as an Associate Researcher at Peking University from April 2009 to August 2010. In addition, they have also been a Student Assistant at University of Cologne from April 2007 to April 2009 and a Member of the Editorial Team at The Pirates Inn from February 2013 to February 2014. Outside of their work in various roles, Puja has also been an IT Freelancer at Niku GmbH from October 2007 to June 2009 and the owner and teacher at Wan Fu Cologne from April 2004 to December 2014.

Puja Abbassi has a Diploma in Information Systems from the University of Cologne, as well as a Chinese Certificate from Beijing Language and Culture University. Puja also has certification from The Linux Foundation in Program Committee Member: KubeCon + CloudNativeCon North America 2021 and 2020, and is a Certified Kubernetes Admin. Additionally, they have a certification from Amazon Web Services in Amazon Technical Professional.
