John Kobs

John Kobs is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive, currently serving as the CEO, Founder, and Chairman of Giant since January 2024. Kobs co-founded Apartment List in September 2011, where the mission centers on ensuring everyone has a home they love, holding the roles of Founder and Chairman as well as CEO. Additionally, Kobs is a member of the Board of Trustees at Case Western Reserve University and previously held CEO, Founder, and Chairman positions at Wildxyz until December 2023, focusing on fostering creativity. Kobs also founded Auto List, Inc., which was acquired by CarGurus in January 2020. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
