Williams Neil is currently the Technical Director of Human Settlements at GIBB Engineering & Science, where they have been instrumental in leading the low-cost housing division and managing civil service design projects since 1992. In addition to this role, they serve as a Technical Executive at GIBB Engineering and Architecture and have been a project manager for Eastern Cape Human Settlements since 2009. Williams Neil earned a BTech degree in Urban Engineering from CPUT, completing their studies in 1989.
