We are Gibber.

We help organisations engage, communicate and inspire their audiences using live theatre, film and multimedia.

For business and government, we deliver bespoke drama-based training that helps teams identify, challenge and change behaviour in the workplace. Our programs are practical, energetic and human — designed to spark conversation, encourage participation and create real, lasting change.

Delivered by professional actor-facilitators, our sessions create a fun, high-energy environment where people feel safe to explore ideas, practise new behaviours and contribute solutions themselves. The result? Improved morale, stronger communication and meaningful workplace growth.

For schools, we deliver innovative theatre-in-education programs that bring key learning objectives to life in a way students remember. Through storytelling, interaction and skilled facilitation, we build trust, challenge attitudes and support positive behaviour change.

With over 25 years of experience, Gibber has a proven track record of devising, touring and delivering high-quality educational and training programs across metropolitan and regional Australia — often with multiple teams working simultaneously.

“I would recommend Gibber to any organisation. Their ability to understand client needs and deliver powerful outcomes is exceptional.”
— Linda Kelly, Development Officer

“Gibber provided a service that far surpassed all expectations.”
— Dr Jane Cavanagh, Western Sydney University
