Brian Kushner

Brian Kushner is a distinguished leader and co-head of the Aerospace & Defense practice at FTI Consulting, where they also serve as a Senior Managing Director. With a robust background in corporate governance, Kushner has held board positions at notable organizations, including Cumulus Media, Resideo Technologies, and Gibson Brands, and has played pivotal roles in numerous successful engagements in technology, telecom, and defense sectors. Previously, they served as CEO of Recompute and have extensive experience guiding companies through challenges, such as leading Pacific Crossing through bankruptcy and generating positive outcomes. Kushner earned a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Applied & Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
