Cael Willis

Cael Willis currently works as a Pit Crew member at Gibson, Inc. since March 2024. Previously, Cael held the position of Analyst for the Rhino label at Warner Music Group from December 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included preparing income statements for over 70 high-priority artists. Before that, Cael served as Office Administrator and Internship Coordinator at Red Light Management from April 2019 to December 2020, managing office communications and training interns. A marketing internship at Sony Music Entertainment in late 2018 involved collaborating on marketing plans for various artists, while earlier experience at Red Light included acting as a Management Intern from January to May 2018, focusing on scheduling and social media strategies. Additional internships include time at Centricity Music and a digital marketing role at Rivers Academy Private School. Cael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business with a Production Emphasis from Belmont University, completed in 2018.
