Guy Rodgers is a quality leader with a strong background in quality management and manufacturing process improvement. They currently serve as the Quality Manager at Gibson, Inc. and have held prominent positions such as Director of Engineering at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. and Director of Quality for Engines at MTD Products. Throughout their career, Guy has demonstrated expertise in sourcing and strategy as well as corporate quality management, having previously worked at Paulo Products and General Electric - Compressors.
