Rob Ossolinski has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and government affairs. Rob started their career in the Washington Office of the Governor, State of Illinois, where they served as Assistant Director, managing federal affairs and lobbying for legislative priorities.
After that, Rob joined Eli Lilly and Company, where they held various roles such as Senior Sales Representative, Marketing Associate, and Senior Training Associate. Rob managed physician practice accounts, developed sales training programs, and impacted brand strategy and sales force initiatives through marketing analysis and research.
Currently, Rob is working at Gibson Brands, Inc. as the Director of Business Development. Prior to this role, they were the Business Development Manager, Key Accounts and Export. In this position, they managed and grew accounts with annual revenue of over $40 million, including national e-commerce accounts and Gibson's largest international distributor. Rob developed and implemented sales plans and marketing initiatives across various Gibson business units.
Throughout their career, Rob has received numerous awards for their sales results and leadership skills.
Rob Ossolinski holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a marketing major from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Rob also holds a Bachelor's degree from Duke University, where they double majored in Public Policy Studies and Political Science. Additionally, they completed the Duke University Public Policy Programme at the University of Glasgow.
