Todd Prettyman started their work experience in 1998 as a Quality Division Team Leader at Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia. Todd then worked as a Quality Engineer at GKN Sinter Metals from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Quality Manager at KIRCHHOFF Automotive, where they oversaw two manufacturing plants and achieved significant reductions in non-conformances and failure costs. Todd then worked as a Quality Manager at Tottser-Iroquois Industries from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2023, they held various roles at North American Stamping Group, including Director of Quality & APQP and Senior Director of Quality. Currently, they are the Director of Global Quality at Gibson Brands, Inc.
Todd Prettyman received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended West Liberty State College from 1990 to 1994, studying Aviation Science in the Professional Pilot Program. In addition to their education, Todd obtained certifications as a Product Safety and Conformity Representative from ENCONA in 2021 and as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor from AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group in November 2019.
