They have held various executive positions, including Chief Culinary Officer at Romacorp, Inc., where they led the development of a new fast-casual concept and drove brand rebranding efforts. Gallagher has extensive experience in menu innovation and operational management across numerous international restaurant locations. They earned a degree in Food Science/Nutrition and Food Management from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor's in Food & Nutrition Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University. Currently serving as a Regional Corporate Chef at Gibsons Restaurant Group, Gallagher continues to leverage their culinary expertise to achieve business objectives and enhance team performance.
