Ali Haidar

Ali Haidar currently serves as Senior Vice President leading the Americas Real Estate Portfolio Management at GIC since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ali Haidar spent nearly a decade at EY, holding positions including Senior Director where responsibilities encompassed expanding Real Estate financial services in South Florida and engaging with private equity and institutional investors on portfolio management and digital transformation. Previous roles at EY included Senior Manager and Manager within the Strategy & Transactions team, focusing on CMBS due diligence and commercial real estate underwriting. Earlier in the career, Ali Haidar held positions at Tanween Real Estate as Senior Consultant and at Sotheby's International Realty as Manager of Business Development & Contracts, where Ali Haidar significantly contributed to expansion efforts in several Middle Eastern and North African markets. Ali Haidar obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Tourism Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland.
