Annie Wang is a seasoned business strategist currently serving as Vice President for the Investment Insights Group (IIG) at GIC since July 2019. In this role, Annie drives strategic change and business transformation by leveraging data, analytics, and AI to enhance investment decision-making. Previously, Annie held positions as Assistant Vice President in the Chief Operating Officer’s Office and the Learning & Development Team, focusing on operational excellence and continuous improvement. Annie's early career included an Associate Consultant Internship at Conjunct Consulting, where contributions were made to impact assessments for the SG Breast Cancer Foundation, and a Policy Research Internship at the Ministry of Manpower, authoring reports on foreign manpower welfare policies. Annie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Yale-NUS College and has also studied Sociology and Anthropology at Swarthmore College.
