Ben Drake

Ben Drake is currently the VP of Talent Acquisition for Europe at GIC, where they lead hiring efforts across public and private markets as well as corporate functions. Previously, they served as a Senior Talent Management Consultant at Oaktree Capital Management, overseeing the EMEA and APAC recruitment functions and successfully restructuring the Luxembourg entity. Earlier in their career, Ben was a Partner at Maven Ventures, focusing on executive search and consulting within private equity and venture capital across the EMEA region. Ben also held the position of Head of Private Equity at Redgrave Partners from 2005 to 2009.
