Benjamin Chan is a seasoned professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with extensive experience in driving secure and efficient identity strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at GIC since March 2019, Benjamin leads IAM operations and governance, focusing on enhancing security, user experience, and compliance. Previous roles include Lead, IAM at GIC, where Benjamin managed IAM teams and developed governance frameworks, and Assistant Vice President, delivering significant improvements in IAM processes. Prior to GIC, Benjamin worked at Accenture as a Technology Consultant specializing in Cybersecurity, at Telstra as an Identity Management Architect, and at GovTech Singapore as a Technical Consultant. Benjamin's career began at Mediacorp Pte Ltd as a System Engineer, specializing in IT infrastructure. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology and additional education from Singapore Polytechnic.
