Clarence Li is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Investment and Finance in Property at the University of Reading, where they have achieved first-class honours. They previously served as an Assistant Vice President at GIC in 2022 and held the position of Associate in Real Estate. Prior to that, Clarence worked at Mapletree from 2017 to 2019, where they started as a Management Trainee in Investment and Asset Management and later advanced to Assistant Associate Director in Investment.
