Digby Neave

Digby Neave is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance and recruitment. At Dartmouth Partners from February 2020 to July 2021, Digby worked as a Consultant in Credit within both the sellside and buyside sectors, focusing on areas such as leverage finance, debt advisory, and private credit. Since August 2022, Digby has been serving in Talent Acquisition for Europe at GIC, specializing in private equity, credit, and investment services. Prior to Dartmouth, Digby was a Recruitment Consultant at Aldrich & Company, where the focus was on private equity and investment banking. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Financial Economics, an MSc in Organisational Psychology, and additional studies in Financial Markets and Digital Business from various esteemed institutions.
