George Kay

George Kay serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Terminal Investment Limited and Kellas Midstream, both positions held since 2024 and 2022, respectively. Since April 2006, George has been the Head of Infrastructure for Europe at GIC. Previous roles include Director at Associated British Ports, where responsibilities included chairing the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and serving on the Strategy Committee from 2006 to 2018, and Director at Railpool GmbH, Teréga, and AEI Svcs LLC. Earlier experience includes positions as Vice President at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Senior Credit Analyst at Westpac. George holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Macquarie University, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Canterbury, and a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Finance from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
