Haoquan Zhang is the Senior Vice President and Head of Quantitative Strategists for GIC’s Fixed Income & Multi-Asset division, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, Zhang served in various quantitative strategist positions at GIC, progressing from Associate to Vice President and then to Senior Vice President. In 2013, they completed an internship as an Assistant Economic Research Analyst at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Haoquan earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore in 2014.
