Jerrold Yam

Jerrold Yam is currently serving as Counsel in Private Equity and Infrastructure at GIC, where they are on secondment at the head office in Singapore. Prior to this, Jerrold worked as an Associate in the Corporate M&A practice at Baker McKenzie from 2018 to 2023, advising major companies and financial sponsors on cross-border transactions. Jerrold is admitted to practice in England and Wales (2018) and Singapore (2020). An accomplished poet, they have authored three poetry collections and have had work published in over a hundred journals worldwide. Jerrold holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours from University College London.
