Joseph Ooi is currently the Vice President of Infrastructure Private Equity at GIC, a position they assumed in 2023 after serving as an Assistant Vice President. Previously, Ooi was an Associate at American Infrastructure Funds from 2017 to 2020 and a Private Equity Analyst at Siltstone Capital from 2015 to 2017. Ooi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science, from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania, respectively, graduating in 2015. They also held the role of Battalion Intelligence Officer in the 46th Singapore Armored Regiment.
