Julia Yoon is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate and investment strategies. Julia commenced a career at Morgan Stanley as a Structured Lending Analyst in the Deleveraging & Lending Group, focusing on commercial real estate from August 2019 to August 2021. During a summer internship in fixed income sales and trading, Julia rotated through various groups, including securitized products, commercial real estate structuring, and wealth management. Subsequently, Julia served as an Associate at Hines from November 2021 to September 2025, contributing to the Hines European Value-Add Fund (HEVF) Series.
