Kate Flanagan is a seasoned professional in infrastructure investment and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President at GIC since July 2020, having previously held the title of Vice President. With a solid background in infrastructure, Kate was Vice President of Infrastructure Investments at 3i Group plc from January 2018 to June 2020 and Manager of Infrastructure at QIC from July 2015 to December 2017. Kate also founded Flanagan P3 Consulting, LLC, where expertise in P3 services supported equity investors and the infrastructure community. Previous roles include Technical Manager and Traffic and Revenue Manager at Cintra, where Kate managed forecasting and risk for significant projects across Australia and Southeast Asia. Academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
