Laura Ratih

Laura Ratih is a corporate real estate professional who serves as the Director of PT Mahkota Prima Properti, representing GIC for Capital Place Jakarta since 2016. With extensive experience in project management and corporate real estate, Laura has held roles such as VP and Head of Corporate Real Estate at DBS Bank, where they managed a diverse portfolio and implemented cost efficiency initiatives. They began their career as a project support member at Vinotindo Grahasarana and later worked at Boral Plasterboard before progressing through various positions in corporate real estate and project management at HSBC. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Indonesia.
