Mark Tan

Mark Tan started their career in 1999 as a Brigade Reconnaissance Company Team Commander at the Singapore Armed Forces. Mark then joined Goldman Sachs in 2004 and held various roles including Economist, Vice President in Global Markets Economist and FX Strategy, and Executive Director. In 2014, Mark Tan transitioned to GIC, where they worked as a Senior Vice President and later became the Head of Macro Research.

Mark Tan attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2001 to 2004, studying Economics. Mark also attended Raffles Institution, but no specific details regarding the degree or field of study are provided.
