Merrill Cheong is currently the Assistant Vice President of Talent and Organization Strategies at GIC, focusing on employee experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previously, they held various roles, including People Strategy Associate at Glints and Junior Executive at Cognizant, where they managed benefits and led HR transformation initiatives across multiple departments. Merrill earned a double degree in Business Management and Social Sciences from Singapore Management University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Their interests lie in human resources and talent management, with a passion for solving "people problems." In their leisure time, Merrill enjoys movies, light fiction, and engaging with popular culture.
