Pankaj Sood is the Head of the India Office and Head of Direct Investments (Private Equity) at GIC, where they focus on private equity investments in India and Africa. With 23 years of experience in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions, Pankaj previously held positions as Senior Vice President at Kotak Investment Bank and Manager at SBI Capital Markets Ltd. They started their career as a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions, and earned an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
