Patrick Foong

Patrick Foong has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Patrick is currently a Managing Director and Head of Reward Strategies at GIC since 2023. Before that, they worked as an Executive Director of Compensation at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2015 to 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President in Human Resources at Deutsche Bank from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for various compensation advisory roles. Patrick also worked as a Vice President of Global Mobility Services at Goldman Sachs from 2007 to 2013. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Senior Expatriate Representative and Expatriate Representative at Ernst & Young from 2005 to 2007.

From 2001 to 2004, Patrick Foong attended the National University of Singapore and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
